Mess About The Chaos: Motivation with Monica Video Transcript
Go back the last 24 or 48 hours. What have you done that brought you moments of just pure joy? I say moments because I know we don’t have hours or ½ day or a whole day, but what have you done for you that brought you pure joy?
I’m learning that we spend so much time on everything else to the point where, what I want to talk about today is chaos. I call it the “Mess of the Chaos Mess”. There’s so much uncertainty, there’s so many people bidding for your attention; everything out there is “look at me, look at me, here I am,” to the point where we can’t even look for a straight path.
To curb that, to deal with that, I want to ask you, what have you done to give yourself moments of just pure joy so that you have something to go against the mess of the chaos mess?
For me that’s flowers, that’s sunshine. For me, that’s just seeing the sunshine sprinkled through speckled leaves. That’s even seeing things like storm clouds because I love weather & seeing my god baby run around saying “Alright”. What’s very cool is that simple things are available to us all.
So, what do you to counteract the chaos mess? It’s so important. Just think about it, when you are living in chaos, the tiny little moments you take for yourself becomes even more important.
